Sebring 7

One of the most elegant and understated Grand Touring cars of the 1960s, the Maserati Sebring offered here is a Series II model fitted with the 3.7-litre engine and five-speed gearbox. According to the accompanying copy of Maserati’s build sheet, chassis number ‘10153’ was manufactured December 1965 and delivered via the main agent Orfeo Ferasin of Vicenza in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. The original colour scheme was Bianco Polo Park with black leather interior, the same as it is today, while the Sebring’s first owner was Count Lodovico Bonin Longare.

The Maserati subsequently formed part of the Compiano Collection in Treviso for many years before being purchased in 2016 by the vendor, who commissioned a conservative restoration of the car by Ferrari and Maserati specialists, Maranello Service of Calvatone near Cremona. Beautifully presented, this rare and desirable Maserati Gran Turismo is offered with Italian registration documents, ASI homologation papers, and the aforementioned build sheets from Maserati. An elegant addition to any collection.
