AM330/49*1830* (body number) - Maserati Quattroporte III - 1986

May 2020 - for sale at Gallery Aaldering - asking price 36.950 €

It was on the 25th October 1986 that David Baker walked into his local Maserati dealer, Stevens Imports, after making the decision earlier that day. It was now time for a really stylish Italian! The format suited him well, having experienced other large cars in the past. He part exchanged his 1980 Rolls Royce silver Shadow and crept behind the wheel of his Maserati Quattroporte! The bill of sale and all booklets are present including the owner’s manual and service book. This QP, internally known at Maserati as a Tipo AM 330, was ordered in Doppio Strato finish with a Camel interior trim. A truly fantastic combination! It has a 4,900 cc V8 engine producing 276 Hp attached to a 3-step automatic gearbox. It is a super-de-luxe limousine with electrically adjustable seats, electric windows, central locking, airconditioning amongst other features. It was sold on to its second owner in 1988. It might have been a shame that this beautiful Maserati was not used a lot, but on the other hand the clock now only stands at 16,211 miles. We now are able to present a stunningly beautiful super original QP for sale in our showroom. The interior trim is cannot be distinguished from new and the exterior is also great. There is not a spot of rust to be found and all rubber parts are as good as new. It has been nicely maintained and preserved and the ultimate opportunity for Italian Limousine lovers! A top quality original Quattroporte with only 2 previous owners and 16,211 miles on the clock!!

I thinks the vin number is wrong. If the car is MY 1986, it made sense it’s body number US/3301830, but vin number, should be ZAMBC110A305*. So the number reported is incorrect. Followint the original designation the vin can be too AM330US-5***

Body number indeed - I corrected the title of the topic
